Follow these steps:
- Go to Schedule
- Switch to Week view
You will now see the full week at once.
How the week view works

The layout is similar to the day view, but expanded.
- Employees are listed down the left
- Days are shown across the screen
- Skills appear as coloured blocks
This gives you a full picture of who is working and when.
What to look for
Use week view to scan for issues.
Focus on:
- Understaffed periods
- Overstaffing
- Uneven shift distribution
- Repeated gaps across days
You can catch problems early instead of reacting on the day.
Make changes from week view
You can still make updates directly.
- Adjust shifts
- Move work between days
- Apply quick fixes
Use the same paint style interaction.
Plan ahead
Week view is best used before the week starts.
Check:
- Are peak days covered
- Are key skills balanced
- Do you need extra support
Fix issues now to avoid pressure later.
