New Feature

Leads from Facebook Posts

You can now create promotional posts on Facebook that initiate automatic Messenger conversations when customers respond with specific keywords. This powerful feature enables you to capture hot leads from post replies by connecting a bot to Messenger, which can collect contact information and seamlessly integrate it into your CRM/ERP system.

For assistance with creating such a bot, please contact your account manager.

Enhancements

WhatsApp Templates

Admins and users with proper permissions can now edit WhatsApp templates without starting from scratch, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and branding across all communications, and avoiding introducing errors. UX Improvements to the Flow Builder 

We added capabilities to the Flow Builder’s canvas that make interacting with your flows easier. Improvements include: 

  • Minimizes the need for horizontal scrolling 
  • Reduces the need to exit the Flow Builder. 
  • It provides a higher-level view of the components of the flow, 

This makes the overall process more intuitive.

 

Hovering over a step lets users gain a quick peek into its content or properties, which can ease the search and review processes:

 

Long branches are now split in the following line to enable viewing additional steps and limit the need to move around the flow:

 

 

To save additional canvas “real estate,” the step size now conforms to the title’s length, enabling the designer to see more steps at any time:

 

When hovering over a step, a right-click on the mouse opens relevant menu options, enabling easy editing and improvement of the flow:

 

As an added convenience, Flow designers can now create a new tag or a tag group directly in the steps without exiting the Flow builder:

 

Finally, we have improved the Text editor bar to improve editing and design:
