Statistics Tabs
Table of Contents
Statistics help you understand how your planning performs over time. Where the schedule shows what is happening now, statistics show patterns across days, weeks, and months. This is where you improve future planning.
What are statistics
The statistics page lets you analyse:
- Scheduled hours
- Forecast accuracy
- Schedule adherence
It helps you move from reacting to planning.
Why use statistics
Use statistics to:

This is not for fixing today. It is for improving what comes next.

Working with filters
All tabs use the same structure:
- Set filters
- Click Generate
- Review graphs and tables
Start broad.
Use weekly or monthly views first.
Then zoom into daily detail if needed.
Download your data

After generating a report a ‘Download’ button appears
This gives you raw data for:
- Excel
- Reports
- BI tools
Important to know
- Statistics use published shift templates only
- Unpublished changes are not included
- If no data appears, check your template is published
Error example:
“No active shift template for the selected date”
This means no published template exists for that period.
Common mistakes
- Using statistics for real time decisions. Use the schedule for that.
- Looking at too much detail too soon. Start broad, then zoom in.
- Forgetting to publish templates. Your data will be incomplete.
Best practice
- Review statistics regularly
- Start with weekly or monthly trends
- Use insights to improve templates
- Combine schedule, forecast, and adherence data
