Staffing Overview
The staffing view shows how your current schedule compares to demand. It focuses on today and highlights where you are over or understaffed.

What is the staffing overview
The staffing view shows, per skill:
- How many employees are scheduled
- How many are needed based on your staffing template
It is similar to your staffing template, but applied to the live schedule.
Why use staffing overview
Use it to answer one question: Do we have enough people right now?
It helps you:
- Spot gaps quickly
- Fix understaffing
- Avoid overstaffing
- Stay aligned to demand
How the view works
Each cell shows staffing for a skill at a specific time. Colours and indicators tell you what is happening.

Green cell
- Staffing is at or above the minimum
- No action needed
Red cell with upward arrow
- Not enough people are scheduled
- Example: ↑ 4 means you need 4 more employees
👉 Action: Add or move employees
