New Features
New — WhatsApp Coexistence
You can now run the WhatsApp Business App and Cirrus Digital side-by-side on the same WhatsApp Business Account.
No more choosing. No more “who replied where?”. Everything stays in sync, so agents can hop between tools without losing the thread.
Why it matters: Real-world workflows are messy. This makes them less messy.
New — Select a Form Directly from the Reply Box

Agents can now pull a form straight from the reply box and send it instantly. Quick, clean, and perfect when a customer needs something signed right now.
What this fixes: No more digging through menus. No more slowdowns.
New — Approval Checkbox
Forms can now include a customer declaration checkbox — ideal for sectors like finance and insurance that need explicit confirmation.
The win: Clear consent. No grey areas.

Agents can now open a “Signed Forms” list right from the inbox to see what’s signed and when. Each document includes a quick link to the file.
Why it helps: No hunting for paperwork ever again.
New — Auto-Messages for Idle Customers
If a customer stops responding, the AI Agent can now nudge them with a custom message. You choose the timing and the wording.
Why it matters: Fewer dead chats. More completed journeys.

Enhancements
Enhancement — Auto-Delete Old Flow Versions
Clean out old flow versions automatically after a set number of days. Keeps things fast and tidy behind the scenes.
For admins: Less clutter. Better performance.

Enhancement — Subflow Configuration
You can now mark areas of your flow as subflows and route channels straight into them. Subflows have clear labels, entry points, and visual cues.

Why this is big: Complex flows just got way easier to build and maintain.
Enhancement — Edit Email Drafts in Place
Agents can now edit drafts right inside the reply box — no copy/paste gymnastics needed.
Subject lines can still be edited via Reply → Edit Subject.
What this improves: Faster fixes. Cleaner sends.

Enhancement — Forced Logout After Password Reset
When an admin resets a user’s password, the user is logged out of all sessions automatically and notified immediately.
Why it matters: Better security. No compromised login hanging around.
